Artist's Comments

I am quite sure J.C. didn't come to establish a new religion that we call "Christianity", that franchised forgiveness to people on our territory on our terms so that we could make a tidy profit out of the process. He came to bring a new way of life that was liberating rather than domesticating.
Anarchy is liberation from the tyranny of psychological enlavement to the conditionings of one's dualistic intellect. It comes to one who is grounded in the Truth which always lies beyond the Intellect - the realm of the limited concept.
A True Anarchist is an unconflicted being, untouched by the vicissitudes of dualistic reactions.
He/she is one who is in this world (the world of thought) but not of it.
He/she is the Truth, the Life, and the Way.
He/she is the essence the world has called Christ.
Also, he/she is a simple, plain, unpretentious, directly perceiving, integral and uncompromised manifestation of Truth itself. Such a balanced person has the grace of Supreme Intelligence guiding his/her every action and therefore has neither need nor desire for power, status, and wealth.
Freed of that conditioned human curse that is power, the energy of nonharm manifests as the natural momentum of that person.
Why would such a person need the corruption of man-made law to guide him?
Such a person is a "True Anarchist."

the concept is great, although i'm sick of that image of the smiling white-skinned jesus. too many stigmas attached, if the brother existed, he was tan as sand! but you're probably just using this jesus as a farce in the first place. admittedly, your artwork reaches a higher level of thinking than my drug-induced haze allows me to join along with. but the sentiment is not totally lost on me, i know a few other people who view the origin of christianity in a similar light.

so he goes back to his ugly little room and quietly dreams his last imaginary guitar solo...

amazing point.

it is sad that the corporate church has turn christianity into a money making scheme. especially those televangilist. all we can do it pray for them that they would one day know the truth before it is too late.

I couldn't agree more, and the picture is great too. The style of it reminds me of Dali

This is why I should look at full views before I comment. Style isn't a thing like Dali. Still cool though :) (Smile)
